I am eager to move to the North Georgia Mountains. I am really eager to find a real estate agent who is familiar with the Big Canoe Resort real estate market. I see many ads for "houses for sale in North Georgia," but I want to use an agent who works hard for the buyer. Thanks for any help and referrals.

Try Only by referral agents, they are generally good. If not then all the agents show you how many they have sold in that area and look at any evidence.

There are many real estate agents in the high mountains of northern Georgia. When I was looking for a large number of buying in Big Canoe, I used the Harry Norman Real Estate Company. Their office is in the Central Foothills Marble Hill. They were very nice and helpful.

There are other fine officers both in the region, but the comapny is used when I was looking for land for sale in North Georgia. I wish you the best chance to find your home. Housing prices are very low right now. It should be a great time to buy.
