Boat Tackle Storage

My father is looking for a seat custom made for his boat. The back seat is like an old train fasioned how the back can move if the seat is a stable return, but can be bent to change the rear seat between the research front and back. And he needs to address storage under the seat. Does anyone know any companies who do this kind of work or places that sell seats like this
