Bradford Marine

Posted on May 1, 2010.
Bradford MarineBradford Marine (NLR, AR) recent experience?

we just bought a cruiser Party and to this day: 1) it did not come with scale 2) has a torn window screen to put it in folder 3) gas gauge not working on delivery 4) they sold him, indicating that the battery charger does both deep cycle and starting battery. This is not true, it is wired to an amplifier 5, not 10. Tried to involve them to see if it is wired wrong, but we were told tracker does not call, but e-mails, we had to fax a copy of the manual on the charger, the service manager said that it is wired correctly so therfore it is (they will not come out and looked). It was during the run of their appeal. They seem to have a reason why we should expect an answer, we do not know the answers, they made the wrong battery charger (it was on the starting battery) ... What about customer satisfaction? Is he dead?

I feel for you and your experience with this dealer. My suggestion would be to contact customer service at 417-873-4555 Tracker, there are 8-5 CST. They should be able to help solve your problems with your boat. If the items do not work when you take delivery, they come out to correct them. The warranty does not pay the dealers for calls Dock, you will need to work with your dealer for advice.

Well, Dean, I am glad you have your problems solved. Sorry you had to do through all your dock for repairs. If we can be of further help, just ask.

I just love a happy ending! Sweet

It seems that all boat dealers make this kind of thing. I a1995 Bayliner I tried to get fixed since the day I bought it! Contact Tracker Marine, and let them know how you're unhappy with the service from Bradford, and to get your problems solved.

im not trying to throw cold water on you, but I've not heard a serious problem. scale? Have you one? If yes, no problem. Gage gas? Of course, it would have worked. Have this problem? If so, chalk it up. a new luxury car occasionally to smooth wrinkles. 5 amp charger? thats not a problem, it's just a charger 5 amps which should charge the batteries. You mentioned a torn screen. I assume you mean they did. what matters is that they fix it. I can tell you will not be for long boating is a constant maintenance, repair and fix hobby

it seems they do not contain any inaccuracy, 5 amps slow flow, which is what you what for deep cycle, it also seems they are in charge of two batteries with the same feed, food, This n is not bad, just shit, not a quick start or a hot load

Here's how the problems are fixed: (1) my nephew picked up and scale (2) they came out and fixed the gas gauge (3) they spoke with the tracker and the company that makes the battery charger. When the charger is connected to a single battery, it must be configured for either a 10 amp and to configure it for either a 10 amp that was missing a wire. They are more nighting it for us. The charger manufacturer said that the damage to the charger could occur if the rider has not been installed. Bradford said they learned something new and they have apologized several times. (4) The service manager refused to fix the screen so we found someone got it fixed for $ ourselves 100. Now as regards the apparently negative attitude to have repairs to do, yes, they seem minor, but it was all in a week and a half. If you had a bad situation with a new car is a lemon law (where we live anyway). I was hoping this thread was to share experience, get answers to questions and then tell someone else can go to the same experience. We intend to keep the boat, we loved going to her and look forward to do so for a long time to come. We still expect the responsibility of others as ourselves. We can still expect to "do the right thing". I felt part.
