There outfitters or places in WI that you can hunt while canoeing or mountain biking? Perhaps site? I have never hunted before and I can not wait to try for the first time, but I'm not interested in sitting in a stand of trees. I'm looking for something with a little more adventurous, perhaps a mixture of camping, canoeing or mountain biking for a pig or something like that.
If I remember correctly, there are many public lands that can be hunted in Wisconsin. I only paid attention to deer season but I'm sure there are other game such as grouse or ducks and geese.
Deer season, I think is 10 days throughout Wisconsin. and will not weather where you will probably canoeing, or camping tent.
There may be a pig in Wisconsin. but I've never heard of anyone hunting there. Bear, Elk and Moose are even more likely that prices of pork. If you check the Wisconsin Hunting Outfitters, there are likely many sites direct you to the right information.
Keep in mind. Wisconsin uses guns and there are plenty of shooters out there. Usually they get a number of hunters killed a year due to the range of guns, etc. Not to mention people shooting people over which the deer stand.
