There is no place where cheap rents motorboats. I guess "cheap" is a relative term, but nowhere inexpensive.

A boat is a hole in the water, lined with wood, metal or fiberglass into which one throws money.

It seems that there is a nice place cheap that specialize in low-priced goods like that, but it is located amid the Mohave Desert. Take plenty of water with you .......
