The wind forecast on the internet somewhere so that I can find the direction, the steady wind gust forecasts and inland lakes, especially in Western countries?

Forecasts and real-time data are not available for all areas but where they have devices for data collection or reporting of shipment. That will depend in large part if your area is shown or not, but the site is fairly easy to navigate (pardon the pun) to find your location.
