Jet Ski Launch

I live in North County, Carlsbad, California.
Basically what I'm wondering is if I can wheel of a jet-ski on the beach in the ocean and run it from there ... or are there any laws, codes of government orders which prevent me from doing so. Please send your information where you will find that I can read it. Thank you.

Why do not you call city hall or county supervisors, instead of water sports YA. Do not you think they would know better?

You probably can, but be careful! My brother ran a jet-ski because the waves were too strong to be far enough. It takes great strength to drag the jet ski all the way to the water, then make far enough that you can run it without sucking the sand.

I recommend you throw in a bay or something and then using a pass to get to the ocean.
