Or can someone point me in the direction of a place that can help plan an itinerary for a TRIP3-four days I'm planning a trip to San Diego, but we would not have to rent a car and we would make the sea and beaches in the world of jet skiing or parasailing or scuba diving may be children aged 11 and 8, they love their horses and were hoping to ride one on a beach / ocean, so I'm looking for some options near the hotel beach mission with the shuttle to the airport and Sea World beaches accessible by foot or horse stables horses rent for walks on the beach and the stables are accessible by truck as you know of any hotels that have included B-FAST are within walking distance of the beach (I am completely overwhelmed and I wonder if it is still possible)
Sorry to say this, but with the wide range of things you have planned, you'll need a car. Public transport is good, but can be confusing and time consuming. And taxis are completely out of question with regard to costs.
There are some good places for cheap rents. The one I used to use (it has been for several years now) was very affordable ... approximately $ 120 per week / $ 20 per day for a rental: Car rental negotiation in the Old Town (619-299-0009). Their rates may have gone a bit, but in reality they are still probably the cheapest in town.
I recommend you use the Internet to do research on where you want to stay and so on. San Diego is a great city, and things can be quite extensive, so do your research or contact a travel agent may be a last resort. But I think if you spend some time looking around you can get all the info you really need.
The most difficult part of your "journey of dreams" is riding beach!
The single track riding with the Imperial Beach is not recommended for the opening of the ocean because of polluted water from Tijuana, then - an option.

Probably the closest motels:

On the other hand, there are many hotels near the beach,
not at all far from the Old Town Trolley Station (for option)
offer airport shuttles to Sea World with B-FAST included.

Sea World will have at least one day, the coupon below:

Minimum one day at the beach, and yet another option for
riding (including travel) could probably be much faster -
and even cheaper - just by renting a car and staying in
Mission Valley.
