Can you tech support "for my IBM laptop?? The power cord on my IBM ThinkPad is defective, it is old and not left completely plugged into the back of my computer to keep charged. I'm 'prop', it is something closer to raising part of the cord to the computer to make him stay. So I wonder if I should go to my nearest Radio Shack and find a kind of universal power cord, or if I should go to the IBM / Lenovo site and order a specific share. I try to save money here, but I also want to get the right part. My laptop is a model # R31. Can anyone help? Thank you.
