Rigid Inflatable

Me and a friend want to buy a RIB (rigid inflatable boat) about 15 horses really cheap (maybe less than 100 pounds). We have looked on ebay and several others, but can not find one that is complete (motor included) and is small enough. Does anyone know where I can buy one and who from? It would be better if it was in or near the north of England

Do not know if you'll be able to find something for less than 100 (well, anything that floats). You'll probably pay a few dollars more for a good air.
