Speed Boat Kits

Hi everyone, I see tons of plans and online kits to build catamarans, kayaks, fishing boats ... I want plans or a kit to build a high speed boat for water skiing! You know that the boat can contain as 6-8 people. It would be like 25 feet long, etc. Just know everything? Thank you.
