How do I get my 02 Dodge 1500 from Alabama to Houston with my F150 Lariat? My 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 was broken in Montgomery Alabama and I have a 2007 F150 Lariat that I can tow with. the problem is, I can not get a trailer or Launching a way to Montgomery in Houston. Does anyone have suggestions on towing safely at home dogde way street?
the most economical alternative is to sell as is, where is.
Next is to get it transported. The industry is not going well, then you should be able to reach an agreement.
The following choices are more expensive than the vehicle is worth:
Renting a trailer to Houston and take a round trip - even more expensive if you get it.
a lease or Montgomery and resume it after wards.
Buy a trailer.
economic sense, it does not try to move it.
Edit: Recommendation MIKEnJAP is illegal - the traffic laws and state signed the contract with U-Haul. In addition, if there was an accident, you'll never worry about driving anymore - or your food and shelter - hope you like the steel bars.
Why not go and get a UHAUL truck or trailer? You just need to tell them you are towing a small car like a Dodge Stratus 02. You must be careful not to speed with this configuration, but it will work fine. Get the trailer, not the cart. If you use the cart, you have to undo the driveshaft on the Dodge. Just take it easy and you'll be fine.
You can rent a tow truck to Houston and back to Houston, you can tow empty or check with a rental store and see if you can rent a
tow bar.
There must be somewhere that you can rent a trailer or a trailer truck in a way you just need to do more research. Plus, it's a Dodge, why would you want to bring it back?
a string and country roads, take a buddy to run the Dodge down and pack a lunch box large it will take some time.
