Yamaha Vxr

Yamaha VxrHave a Yamaha wave runner VXR 1992 not getting fuel to the carb how the fuel system?

first time owner and does not know how the system works check all fuel lines for fuel, they are dry when you put fuel in carb it will start and do not know what to check or replace

I have multiple skis, and Yamaha that I (a 89 Wavejammer 500) is the only one who never gave me any problem of fuel! Now, you feel better? Just kidding, but small boats can be pain at once!

On skis, there may be some problems. The carburetor has a fuel pump integrated this idea sometimes the culprit. If your ski has sat for a while (or no) of the needle and the seat of the carbohydrate may stick. You can also filter and a selector valve and tube pickup in the tank that may be the problem.

Before going to replace your order, systematically check all fuel lines for blockage (blowing air through them all removed from carbohydrates). Turn the fuel selector while doing this to eliminate it as a point of failure (they do get stopped up). Change the filter. Make sure the pipes are where they are supposed to be! It is "in" and "return" line at the carb. If they are reversed, it will not work. Visit the first website below and see how your fuel system "flows".

If all that is beautiful, and she will not run, its time to build carbohydrates, or replace it. Here are some sites you need to visit;

For skinned, and all parts you need, go here; http://216.37.204.206/Mcmart/Partsfinder ...

A VERY good place for parts, tips and rebuilt parts performance is here http://www.sbtontheweb.com/Merchant2/mer ...

Consult the manual at them as well. If you own a ski resort, you need the book!
